On 4th November 2025, a two-member delegation of organisers for Ghana Fest South Africa, led by Mr. Asare, paid a visit to the High Commission to convey their heartfelt gratitude to the High Commissioner for the unwavering support to Ghana Fest over the years. During the meeting, the executives extended their sincere congratulations to His Excellency Benjamin Anani Quashie on his recent appointment and shared the challenges encountered in organising Ghana Fest 2025.

 Additionally, they graciously invited the High Commission to assume a leadership role in the planning and management of Ghana Fest 2026 and subsequent editions.

 In response, against the background that Ghana Fest is designed to showcase and educate both local and international audiences about Ghana’s rich cultural heritage, the High Commissioner reassured the delegation of the Mission’s commitment to the event. The meeting ended with a memorable photo opportunity with the High Commissioner.
