Engagement between High Commissioner Quashie and Presbyterian Church Leaders

Rev. Daniel Laryea, Resident Pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana in South Africa, led a five-member delegation in a courtesy visit to His Excellency Benjamin Anani Quashie, to convey their heartfelt congratulations on his recent appointment as High Commissioner. The delegation used the opportunity to share in his joy and offered prayers for his new role.

Additionally, the delegation sought the High Commissioner’s assistance in facilitating the repatriation of the remains of a church member who was reported to have tragically lost his life while traveling to Accra via Kigali. They also extended an invitation to High Commissioner Quashie to attend the church’s upcoming annual harvest, scheduled for 9th December, 2025, subject to his availability. In his response, the High Commissioner expressed his appreciation for the visit and assured the delegation that he would collaboratively address their concerns with the Kigali Mission.
