His Excellency Amadou Diallo, Ambassador of the Republic of Niger to South Africa, paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Benjamin Anani Quashie, Ghana’s High Commissioner to South Africa, on 22nd April 2026.
The meeting took place three weeks after the official presentation of the Letters of Credence by both countries to His Excellency Cyril Ramaphosa, President of South Africa, at the Presidential Guest House in Pretoria.
The courtesy call provided both West African countries with an opportunity to exchange views on issues of shared interest, with a view to strengthening cooperation and identifying mutually beneficial approaches to addressing common regional challenges.
His Excellency the High Commissioner expressed appreciation for the visit and reaffirmed his commitment to collaborate with the Ambassador on matters of mutual interest.
