In pursuit of the Ministry’s diaspora engagement policies, a delegation from Pretoria Mission availed themselves of their presence in the Republic of Seychelles to engage with a cross-section of the leaders and members of the Ghanaian community.

Discussions centered on crucial matters, including documentation and immigration issues, business and investment opportunities in Ghana and Seychelles, as well as cultural cooperation, and strategies to reinforce the organisational structure and representation of the Ghanaian community in Seychelles.

The leaders of the Ghanaian community, on their part, warmly welcomed the interaction, describing the initiative as timely and encouraging. Many expressed optimism that the engagement would address long-standing administrative concerns, enhance accessibility to consular services, and create new avenues for economic cooperation.
