High Commissioner Quashie Engages South African Entities With Business Operations in Ghana.

 In collaboration with the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) of the Republic of South Africa, His Excellency Benjamin Anani Quashie, High Commissioner of Ghana to South Africa, together with Mr Nyameko Goso, Chief Director for West Africa of DIRCO, engaged officials from South African entities with business operations in Ghana, including ABSA Bank, DBSA Bank, PETRO SA, Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) eport Credit and Insurance Solutions (CIB)and Export Credit Insurance Corporation (ECIC), at the Ghana High Commission in Pretoria on 4th February 2026.

The primary objective of this engagement was to facilitate a dialogue where the officials could brief High Commissioner Quashie on their operations in Ghana and the challenges they may be encountering. On his part, High Commissioner Quashie encouraged these entities to capitalise on the favourable opportunities under the Reset Ghana Agenda initiated by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana. He further assured the officials of his willingness to address any challenges they may face, with the intention of enhancing trade relations between Ghana and South Africa.
