MAIDEN MEETING OF HIGH COMMISSIONER OF GHANA TO SOUTH AFRICA WITH STAFF OF PRETORIA MISSION-13TH OCTOBER, 2025

His Excellency Benjamin Anani Quashie, High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana to the Republic of South Africa, with concurrent accreditation to the Kingdoms of Lesotho and Eswatini, as well as the Republics of Seychelles and Mauritius, convened his inaugural meeting with the staff of the High Commission in Pretoria on Monday 13th October, 2025.

The meeting offered a good opportunity for the new High Commissioner to communicate his vision pursuant to the targets espoused in the newly established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Pretoria Mission.

He emphasised the importance of fostering empathy among colleagues to nurture a congenial working environment. The Head of Mission urged members of staff to strive for excellence in their duties, underscoring that their collective efforts are essential to the realisation of the Government of Ghana’s Reset Agenda for economic recovery and transformation.

In turn, members of staff expressed their commitment to supporting His Excellency Quashie in fulfilling his mandate. The meeting ended with a photo session of the High Commissioner and members of staff.
